Interesting fact

The 25 Øre coin from Norway, featuring King Haakon VII, was minted during a time of great change in the country's monetary system. In 1909, Norway switched from using the Norwegian krone to the Norwegian crown, with the 25 Øre coin being one of the new coin denominations introduced. Despite being made of silver, the coin was not widely accepted and was eventually withdrawn from circulation in 1919. Today, it remains a rare and interesting collector's item for numismatists.
