Interesting fact

The 25 cents coin from Kenya, which was minted between 1969 and 1973, features a unique design that reflects the country's rich cultural heritage. On the obverse side of the coin, there is an image of a traditional Maasai warrior, while the reverse side features a depiction of a lion, which is one of Kenya's national symbols. This coin was designed by the renowned artist, Christopher Ironside, who was also responsible for designing several other coins for Kenya during this period.
