Interesting fact
The Mohammad Ali Qajar coin was designed by the French engraver, Ernest-Evariste Menn, who was commissioned by the Iranian government to create a new currency for the country. Menn's design features a portrait of Mohammad Ali Qajar, the Shah of Iran from 1907 to 1909, on one side, and an image of the Iranian coat of arms on the other. The coin was minted in 1908, but it was never widely circulated, making it a rare and valuable collector's item.
