Interesting fact

The 200 Shillings coin was introduced in 1998 as a replacement for the 200 Shillings note, which was previously the highest denomination in circulation. The coin was made of copper-nickel and had a weight of 8.05 grams. It featured the national emblem of Uganda, a crested crane, on one side and the denomination on the other. The coin was used until 2003, when it was replaced by a new coin with a different design.
