The edict No. 199/SL was issued by Government of North Vietnam for creating a set of 3 gold coins: 10 Việt, 20 Việt, 50 Việt. These coins never went into circulation and were rather used as presentation coins.
3 coins of "20 Việt" are displayed in three museums in Vietnam while the "10 Việt" and "50 Việt" coins have not been publicly seen to date.
