The edict No. 199/SL was issued by Government of North Vietnam for creating a set of 3 gold coins: 10 Việt, 20 Việt, 50 Việt. These coins never went into circulation and were rather used as presentation coins.3 coins of "20 Việt" are displayed in three museums in Vietnam while the "10 Việt" and "50 Việt" coins have not been publicly seen to date.
