Comment

Zeppelin was an aerostatic vehicle full of hydrogen to make it lighter than air, using the same principle as hot air balloons, but with engines to move and drive it in the desired direction.

Sadly is famous the exploding of the Graaf Von Zeppelin; disaster that ended the use of these vehicles as passenger and cargo service.

Currently, some are used with publicity purposes, but full with helium, that is not explosive.

Interesting fact

The 1988 Cuban Zeppelin silver coin features a unique design that showcases the historic Zeppelin airship, which was a symbol of luxury and innovation in the early 20th century. The coin's design is particularly interesting because it highlights Cuba's rich history and culture, while also featuring a technological marvel that played a significant role in the country's development. Additionally, the coin's silver composition and weight make it a valuable collector's item for numismatists and coin enthusiasts.
