Obverse legend can vary.
Antioch was almost destroyed by a great earthquake on 29 November 528, after which it was renamed Theopolis.

Interesting fact

One interesting fact about this coin is that it features an image of Justinian I, who was the Byzantine Emperor at the time of its minting, on the obverse (front side), while the reverse (back side) bears the image of a cross, symbolizing the Christian faith that was prevalent during his reign.
