The coin is dedicated to Paleolith, the eldest epoch in the history of mankind - the Stone Age- (in Ukraine - about 1 mln - 10 thou years ago), which was the basis for development of the world civilization and culture. At the end of Paleolith period almost the whole territory of Ukraine had been developed. Cultural objects of note of that period testified to the rise of art and origin of first primary religious beliefs (Kamiyana Mohyla in Zaporizhia region, Mizyn site of late Paleolith period in Chernihiv region).Interesting fact
