Interesting fact
The Pattern 20 Groszy coin was designed by Polish artist and engraver, Stanisław Wątróbski, and features an image of a stork, which is a symbol of Poland, on the obverse side. The reverse side of the coin features the denomination and the year of issue. The coin was minted as a trial strike in 1963, but it was never officially released into circulation. As a result, it is considered a rare and valuable collector's item among numismatists.
