Interesting fact
The 20 Euro Cents coin from Portugal was designed by the artist José Joaquim da Silva, and it features a unique map of Europe on its reverse side. The map includes the outline of the continent, as well as the names of the countries and the Atlantic Ocean. This design was used for the 2002-2007 series of the coin, and it was a departure from the traditional designs used on other Euro coins.
