The 1993 Kiribati $20 First Space Walk silver coin features an error in its design. The coin's reverse side shows an image of astronaut Alexei Leonov, who performed the first spacewalk in 1965. However, the image used on the coin is actually a photo of Leonov's fellow cosmonaut, Valeri Volkov, who was also part of the same mission. This mistake makes the coin particularly unique and interesting for collectors.
