Comment
This pattern seems to be a very early essay, the star showing on obverse may have evolved on the design of 1915, since the shape is the same, and the rays in it are similar to the rays showing on the "Radiant Star" series. The coat of arms on reverse is very different to the final design, but still has some details that are present in the official coat: the 5-pointed star; in this case pointing downwards, on final design is placed on the frigian cap on top, but with pointing up, the rising sun, and the stripes (vertical on this coin, diagonal on the final design), and wreath on sides. In fact, reminds the current design of the national flag if turned 90º anti-clockwise.
Weight seems to be expressed in grains, equivalent to 6.2855g. (if used grams, should be a very thick coin to reach 97g.; with diameter 21mm, needs about 46mm thick to reach the weight).
