Interesting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it features an image of King Bhumibol Adulyadej, also known as Rama IX, on the obverse side, while the reverse side features the Garuda, a mythical creature from Thai culture, holding a scroll with the King's name and title. The coin was minted in 2015 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of King Bhumibol's accession to the throne.
