Curiously, the 2 ZiG coin seems to use the exact same planchet as the 10 dollar coin released in 2008.
Interesting fact
The 2 ZiG 2024 coin from Zimbabwe is unique in that it has a triangular shape, unlike most coins which are circular. This distinctive shape was designed to prevent the coin from being easily counterfeited.
