Central fancy-shaped shield with arms of Denmark upon a small arms cross. Above is the Crown of Denmark while all around there are 11 flat-topped shield with arms of Danish provinces encircling the central shield. All the provincial shields are inside a rope circle with the pendant of the Order of the Elephant attached at lower position. King's motto as legend around the rim with date and mintmark at end. Date is divided in two by crown.
