Issued with the fifth portrait from 2nd March 2015, prior strikes were of the fourth portrait. The 2015 fifth portrait strike was issued as part of a 5-coin Sovereign Proof set (598 sales, issue limit 600), and a 3-coin Sovereign Proof set (448 sales, issue limit 500).

The 2019 strike was issued as part of a 5-coin Sovereign Proof set (618 sales, issue limit: 750), a 4-coin Sovereign Proof set (299 sales, issue limit 300), and a 3-coin Premium Sovereign Proof set (346 sales, issue limit 450).

There were no 'standard' types issued for several years as commemorative strikes was issued instead. The 2020 strike was only issued in Bullion, due to the proof issue featuring the George III privy mark, while the 2021 strike was also only issued in Bullion, due to the proof issue featuring the '95' privy mark to commemorate the Queen's 95th Birthday.
