Interesting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it features a unique reverse design, which was modified from the traditional St. George and the Dragon design, to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the accession of Henry VIII. The modified design depicts a shield with the Tudor rose, surrounded by the coat of arms of the four constituent countries of the United Kingdom. This special design was only used for the 2009 and 2010 issues of the coin.
