Interesting fact
The 2 Skilling Dansk coin from Denmark, issued during the reign of Christian IV (1630-1632), features a unique design element - a small hole in the center of the coin. This hole was intentionally added to the coin to indicate its authenticity and value. The coin's design also includes an image of King Christian IV on one side and the Danish coat of arms on the other. The use of a hole as a security feature in coins was a common practice in Europe during the 17th century, and the 2 Skilling Dansk coin is a notable example of this technique.
