The seventh design in the Chinese Lunar Year - Shēngxiào Collection, there were several different strikes for the Year of the Rat with varying compositions and denominations which all share P.J. Lynch's design.
The proof strike has plain fields while the bullion issues have a guilloche background design on the obverse alongside an additional legend with the weight and fineness on the reverse. Sales 2,585 with an additional 820 sold to third parties. Issue limit: 3,898.
