At least two mules have been found which have the obverse design intended for the definitive £2 Technology design, the edge inscription remains correct.Interesting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it features a rare mule design, which occurs when a die intended for a different coin is accidentally paired with a die for the 2 Pound coin. This error resulted in a unique combination of designs that is highly sought after by collectors.
