Interesting fact
The 2 Mark - Kristina (Type III) coin from Sweden, minted between 1647 and 1649, features an image of Queen Christina on the obverse side. Christina was a notable figure in Swedish history, known for her efforts to promote education, art, and architecture. She also played a key role in ending the Thirty Years' War, which had devastated much of Europe. The coin's design was created by the artist and engraver, Carl Gustafsson.
