The Savoia crowned coat of arms decorated with the Collare dell'Annunziata divides the value and the Star of Italy above the crowned shield with the mintmark below the wreath, on the right, all encircled in a wreath made by a branch of laurel and one of oak.

Interesting fact
The coin features a portrait of King Umberto I on the obverse side, while the reverse side depicts the crowned coat of arms of the Kingdom of Italy, surrounded by a wreath of laurel leaves. The coin's designer, Giuseppe Romagnoli, was a prominent Italian sculptor and engraver who also designed several other coins and medals during his career.
