Crowned oval escutcheon with a crowned lion, with a forked tail, rampant to the left on a field of burlap of 10 pieces, placed between two laurel branches. Mint year at top separated by the crown.

Very rare piece, struck at the Brussels mint, the mintage is not known.This piece has not been put into circulation, which explains why the rare copies are almost all in fleur de coin condition. The weight of known copies varies between 6.32 and 6.96 g.
