Comment

The commemorative coin is dedicated to Borys Mykolaiovych Martos, a Ukrainian economist, educational specialist, cooperative movement leader, statesman and public figure. Borys Martos was a leader of the Peasant Union and an author of the Ukrainian Tsentralna Rada draft of the Agrarian Law. From December of 1918 he was the Minister of Food Supply Affairs and in the period from April to August of 1919 - the Chairman of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Finance of the Ukrainian People's Republic Directory.
