There is a depiction of octahedron with a three line inscription: 28 ЧЕРВНЯ 1996. Above the octahedron there is a heraldic ornamentation. The whole composition is framed with beads ornamentation. Around the coin circumference there is inscription: ПЕРША РІЧНИЦЯ КОНСТИТУЦІЇ УКРАЇНИ.

Hryhirchuk, and it was minted in 1997 to celebrate the first anniversary of the adoption of Ukraine's Constitution.
