Made in Yunnan Province
2 Fen / Copper coin
Interesting fact
The 2 Fen 21 coin from Yunnan Province was issued during the Republican era in China, specifically in 1932. It was made of brass, which is an alloy of copper and zinc, and it has a diameter of 23.5mm. The obverse side of the coin features the Chinese characters "大清民国" (Da Qing Min Guo) which means "Great Qing Empire" and the reverse side features the denomination "2 Fen" and the year of issue "21" in Chinese characters. It's interesting to note that the Yunnan Province was one of the provinces in China that was least affected by the Communist revolution in 1949, and as a result, the 2 Fen 21 coin from Yunnan Province is considered to be one of the rarest and most valuable coins from that era.
