Interesting fact

One interesting fact about this coin is that it features an image of Robert the Bruce, a Scottish king who ruled from 1329 to 1371, on the reverse side, while the obverse side features an image of Queen Elizabeth II. This is a unique feature as most coins issued by the Eastern Caribbean States feature the Queen on both sides. This coin was issued to commemorate the 700th anniversary of Robert the Bruce's victory at the Battle of Bannockburn in 1314.
