This 12th century 57.8 m high 8-sided pagoda of the Tianning Temple was built out of bricks and stone but imitates the design of a wooden pagoda. It is featuring dougong bracket supports and verandas with banisters but is solid with no hollow insides or staircases.Interesting fact
