Interesting fact
The Pattern 2 Centimes coin was designed by French artist and engraver, Louis-Oscar Roty, who was also responsible for creating the iconic French coinage designs of the 20th century, including the famous "Marianne" design that appeared on French coins from 1927 to 1947.
