Hancheng Mint opened 1083 (in the same circut as some Shaanxi mints), whereas Guanji Mint in Tongzhou re-opened that same year, meaning both are possibilities.Guanji previously used a mintmark (同), whose character is included as a redical on the one on this type (銅). It is possible Guangji updated their mintmark, or that Hancheng used a mintmark differenciable to Guangji's old mintmark.
