One interesting fact about this coin is that it features a unique "Little Hero" design on the reverse side, which depicts a young Queen Elizabeth II in a relaxed and informal pose, surrounded by various animals and plants native to Australia. This design was created by the Royal Australian Mint's artist, Bronwyn McFarlane, and it is the first time that a non-circulating coin has featured this unique design.
