It's possibly crossed with KM#470 attributed to the Madonna by Raffaello Sanzio with wrong date 2012 (the coin is from 2011)The Virgin and Child with Two Angels is a painting by the Italian Renaissance master Sandro Botticelli, dating to c. 1468–1469. It is in the Museo Nazionale di Capodimonte, in Naples.
