Comment
Provincial coin minted at the Magdeburg mint (different F) for the province of Brandenburg. The Magdeburg workshop was definitively closed in 1767, its proximity to the Berlin workshop rendering it useless.Baron Friedrich von Schrötter does not mention the year 1754, but all other authors do.
1/48 thaler = 1/2 groschen = 6 pfennig
Interesting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it was minted during the reign of Frederick II of Prussia, also known as Frederick the Great, who was a prominent figure in European history and known for his military conquests and administrative reforms.
