It is unclear on what system the value iof this coinage is based, however the IB mention on obverse refers to a mark of value (12) and not a dating parameter.BMC Greek lists this type under Rhescuporis I rather than Aspurgus.
This type is generally attributed towards the end of the reign of Tiberius.
