Interesting fact

One interesting fact about the coin is that it features a unique design, showcasing the Unicorn of Scotland, which is a mythical creature that has been associated with Scotland since the 12th century. The Unicorn is depicted on the coin in a majestic pose, with its horn and mane gilded in 24-carat gold. This design was created by the Royal Mint's team of skilled designers and engravers, who worked closely with the Palace to ensure that the coin's design was both elegant and symbolic.
