The first in a series celebrating British music legends. The first time a British band has been showcased on a UK coin which unique surface highlighting on the piano keys – showcasing the opening chords to the piano medley of their most iconic track – Bohemian Rhapsody. In addition, the coin has a piano pattern effect on the edge of the coin.The coin was also struck in a variety of denominations and metals including copper-nickel, colourised silver proof, silver proof and gold proof.
