Date of issue 30.12.2020TORAŃǴY (Turanga) - variegated poplar. Listed in the Red Book of Kazakhstan. Different peoples have their own revered trees that are considered sacred. Each of them has their own legend. The Japanese have it sakura, the Europeans have an oak tree, the Indians have a sequoia, and the Africans have a baobab. Among the ancient nomads, the turanga was considered such a tree, which was worshiped and considered sacred.
