The 1949 minting is found with a metal-run in the bar extending to the wreath on the bottom of the reverse and is considered rare.
The 1955 minting is found in a rare variety, with the obverse containing "clusters of dates" in the first and second fronds where they connect to the trunk of the tree.
Both varieties of the coin are found with and without "dash".
