The first design in The Queen's Beasts series which began in 2016, there are ten Beasts in total which are a representation of the statues that stood in Westminster Abbey on Queen Elizabeth II's coronation in 1953. The statues are now on display in the Canadian Museum of History.
For the Lion of England there were 14 different issues of varying metals, denominations and years of issue, which all share Jody Clark's design.
