Comment
Coin was never released into circulation because of Velvet revolution in Czechoslovakia. Whole UNC mintage of 57,500 pieces was remelted and Proof coinage was officially demonetized in November 1990, countermarked, stored and after 1997 sold to collectors.Interesting fact
The Pattern 100 Korun (1st May) 1990 from Czechoslovakia made of Silver (.500) weighing 13 g is a rare and unique coin, with only 500 pieces minted. It was designed by Czech artist and sculptor, Jiří Haringer, and features a beautiful depiction of the Czechoslovakian coat of arms on one side and the denomination and date on the other. The coin's rarity and historical significance make it a highly sought-after collector's item among numismatists and enthusiasts of Czechoslovakian history.
