Comment

Commemorative coin is dedicated to the golden Pectoral (4-th century B.C.), the unsurpassed masterpiece of Hellenic and Scythian art found in the Tovsta Mohyla burial mound in Dnipropetrovsk region (1971). The archaeologist Boris M. Mozolevskyi who found this moonlike three-tier decoration of a Scythian tsar said : "Like a drop of dew it reflects not only the shine of Scythian gold but also the great heart of the whole nation".
