Minted at European Central Mint in Amsterdam, Netherlands.It should be noted that the "European Central Mint" was a private company with no connection to the European Central Bank. It was raided by Dutch police in 2013 and shut down. The owner used the mint to produce counterfeit GBP pound coins. One interesting fact about the Suriname 100 Dollar 2012-2013 gold coin is that it has a unique design, featuring the effigy of the country's first president, Johan Adolf Pengel, on one side, and the national emblem of Suriname on the other.
