Interesting fact

The 10 Zlotys / 1½ Rublja coin from the Russian Partition of Poland (Polish States) was minted during the reign of Nicholas I (1833-1841) and features an image of the Russian emperor on one side and the Polish coat of arms on the other. Despite being minted in Poland, the coin was actually made of silver (.868) and weighed 32 grams, which was unusual for coins minted in Poland at that time. This suggests that the coin may have been intended for use in international trade or commerce, rather than for everyday use in Poland.
