1. The Aldabra giant tortoise (Binomial Name: Aldabrachelys Gigantea), from the islands of the Aldabra Atoll in the Seychelles.
2. In 2018 Central Bank of Seychelles decided to change metal composition of 10 Rupee coin, as 2016-dated coins were not resistant for high humidity and became corroded. New 2018 coin have different alloys in both center and ring. The outer ring being in brass, it is non-magnetic - the previous version was magnetic.
