NOTE: This coin was a not accepted trial strike for KM 241. Final version is 38mm diameter, instead of 45mm.

Image represents Fidel Castro with Sierra Maestra (master mountains) on background, with sun rays behind them, as a symbol that from there the new time came, the Revolution, as Castro's troops starting the invasion from east, and expanded towards Havana, placed on center North of the island.
