There is a significant percentage of african descendants in America, mainly owing to their introduction as slaves, they took to America their traditions and uses, creating afro-american cultures and religions.VARIANTS:
There are two obverse variants: the older style, where the coat of arms has plain strips on left side, and the wreath is thin; and the newer one where the strips are reeded and the wreath is thick.
