Second reform large module coinage. From a likely pattern emmission in 512. Coins from this emission feature a seated Constantinopolis on the reverse. The flans of the emission are abnormally thick, and are smaller in diameter than other second reform coins.


The decanummia of the second reform were struck to a theoretical weight standard of 4.54g or 1/72nd of a Roman pound.
