Ces pièces de 10 kreuzers étaient frappées pour le commerce avec le Levant et sont appelées aussi luigino.

Interesting fact

The 10 Kreuzers coin was minted during the reign of Duke Henri II of Orléans, who ruled the Duchy of Neuchâtel from 1643 until his death in 1661. The coin features an image of the Duke on one side and the Neuchâtel coat of arms on the other. It was made of silver and weighed 2 grams, which was a relatively small weight for a coin at that time. Despite its small size, the coin was widely used in the region and remains a popular collector's item today.
