This roll celebrates the territorial defense forces of Ukraine’s Armed Forces. This is a special unit of Ukraine’s Armed Forces that is responsible for organizing, preparing and carrying out territorial defense tasks as set forth in Ukraine’s Law On the Basics of National Resistance. Each roll features a holographic element designed to control access to the contents of the roll. The holographic element is made of a multi-layer metallized film and has the form of round self-adhesive labels 25 mm in diameter (the foil is silver in color). Any attempt to remove the holographic image from the roll destroys the image, creating a characteristic pattern in the form of honeycombs, making it impossible to reuse the holographic element and indicating that a roll has been compromised. The holographic element depicts the logotypes of the National Bank of Ukraine and the Territorial Defense Forces of Ukraine’s Armed Forces. The background of the holographic element has dynamic light effects: when looked at from different angles, the colors of the lines that form the logotypes of the National Bank of Ukraine and the Territorial Defense Forces of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, as well as those of other legends, microlettering and micro images, change dynamically.
