The commemorative coin is dedicated to a monument of Ukrainian politico-legal thought of the XVIII-th century - Pacta et Constitutiones Legum Libertatumque Exercitus Zaporoviensis (Pacts and Constitutions of Rights and Freedoms of the Zaporizhian Host) known as well as the Constitution of Pylyp Orlyk. It was the first European constitution of the modern type. It was adopted on April 5 (16), 1710, when electing Pylyp Orlyk as the Hetman of Ukraine.Interesting fact
